I deal primarily with local architectural practices, and investigate the visual
culture and the aesthetics of slums, the relationship between nature, humankind and humankind’s urge to build. I create
dystopian scenarios on what happens after man-made natural disasters.
My work focuses on consumption, both in terms of politics and ecology, also on awareness towards nature and history.
I mainly use reclaimed materials such as cardboard, wood, live plants anything, and everything that comes handy to reflect on the eclectic and unstable nature of buildings with no infrastructures.
